Adai

Ingredients:
Idly Rice - 1 cup
Channa dal/Kadalai Parupu - 3/4 cup
Toor dal + Urad dal - 1/4 cup

Red chilli - 8
Garlic - 3 pods
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Grated coconut - 3 tsp (optional)
Salt - as per taste
Hing - 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves 

Method:

Soak rice and dal together for 4- 5 hours.
Grind it coarsely along with red chilli, Garlic, cumin seeds, Grated coconut and salt.
Add Hing and Curry leaves.
The batter should not be thick nor watery.
Heat griddle and make it like a dosa.
Serve with aviyal and Jaggery.
