Ingredients:
Besan flour
Boondhi maker/Strainer
Water
Oil
Method:
- Make into a thick paste by adding water in the besan flour
- Add less water in the beginning to avoid any lumps
- Now add some more water to get the right consistency
- Add 1 tsp oil, this helps to pour the batter smoothly
- Keep the batter for 10 minutes
- To make a perfect batter, Dip one end of the spoon into the batter and take it to the oil pan. If the batter falls freely then its perfect.
- If its not add little more water.
- If the boondhi is oily and with lot of holes, add some besan flour to adjust the consistency.
