Boondhi


Ingredients:
Besan flour
Boondhi maker/Strainer
Water
Oil

Method:
  • Make into a thick paste by adding water in the besan flour
  • Add less water in the beginning to avoid any lumps
  • Now add some more water to get the right consistency
  • Add 1 tsp oil, this helps to pour the batter smoothly
  • Keep the batter for 10 minutes
  • To make a perfect batter, Dip one end of the spoon into the batter and take it to the oil pan. If the batter falls freely then its perfect.
  • If its not add little more water.
  • If the boondhi is oily and with lot of holes, add some besan flour to adjust the consistency.
