Black Eye bean curry

Good with:
Jeera rice, Roti

Seasoning:
Jeera - 1 tsp

Ground Paste1:
Medium size Onion - 1
Garlic pods - 4

Masala:
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp

Ground Paste2:
Tomato - 1
Ginger - 1 inch

Other Ingredients:
Black eye beans - 1 cup
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Coriander leaves - handful

Method:
Pressure cook Black eye beans with salt and turmeric for 3 whistles.
Add oil in a pan, add jeera.
Add ground paste1 and fry till the paste turns brown.
Add ground paste2 and fry till the oil oozes.
Add all masala items mentioned above.
Add cooked beans, enough water and salt.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
