Rice Kheer

Ingredients:
1/2 cup rice (sona masuri, Basmati)
1 cup of water
5 cups of milk
powdered cardamom - 1 tsp
Saffron - 10
1/2 cup of sugar
sliced Almonds - 10
sliced Pista - 10
Dry grapes - 10
Ghee - 1 tsp

Method:
Half cook the rice for 10 minutes in microwave.
Add 5 cups of milk in a heavy bottomed vessel and boil.
Once the milk comes up, add cardamom powder and saffron.
Add the half cooked rice in the boiled milk.
Keep the flame in medium and cook for 30 minutes.
Add sugar and mix well.
Fry the dry grapes in ghee, add it in the pan.
Also add the nuts in the pan.
Keep in the refrigerator and taste it...mmm Yummmmyyyy...
