Good with:
Rice, Chapathi
Seasoning:
Hing - 1 pinch
Urad dhal - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Ground Paste:
Spinach
Green chilli - 4
Garlic - 6 pods
Masala:
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Other Ingredients:
Oil - 4tsp
Onion - 1 big
Ginger paste - 1/2 tsp
Tomato - 1 big
Method:
Cook spinach, green chilli, garlic for 4 whistles or micrawave for 10 minutes.
Cool the spinach and grind it.
Heat oil in a pan. Add the seasoning items.
Add onion and fry till it becomes translucent.
Add ginger paste and fry till raw smell goes.
Add all masala powders and fry for a minute.
Add chopped tomato and fry till the oil oozes.
Add spinach paste, salt,water and Cook for sometime.
Serve hot with rice and chapathi.
