Good with:
Fried Rice
Seasoning:
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Ground Paste:
Ginger Garlic Paste - 5 Garlic pods + 1/2 inch ginger
Masala:
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Other Ingredients:
Oil - 4tsp
Onion - 2 Medium
Tomato - 3
Capsicum - 1
Green Chilli - 3
Spring onion - 1cup
Tomato sause or ketch up - 2 tsp
Boneless chicken - 1/2 kg
Cilantro for garnishing
Method:
Heat oil in a pan, Season the cumin seeds.
Add onion and cook it in medium heat. Fry till it becomes transparent.
Add capsicum, spring onions and green chilli. Cook for some time.
Add ginger garlic paste. Fry once the raw smell goes.
Add chopped tomatoes, add the masala's and salt.
Close the lid and cook till tomatoes get mushy and it lets oil.
Add the chicken. Cook it for 5 minutes.
Add ketchup and cook for 5 more minutes.
Garnish with cilantro.
