Batter:
Besan flour - 2 tsp
corn flour - 1 tsp
Baking soda - a pinch
salt - as per taste
chilli powder - 1 tsp
Method:
Mix all the ingredients with little water. Keep it aside for 2 minutes to avoid stickiness.
Filling:
Oil - 2tsp
Mustard - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Onion - 1 medium
Green chilli - 3
Boiled and Peeled potato - 4
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
salt - as per taste
cilantro - Garnishing
Method:
Boil the potatoes in steam , peel and mash it.
Heat oil in pan, after seasoning add onion.
Add green chilli and fry till the onion becomes transparent.
Add the potatoes and switch off the heat.
Add lemon juice. Check the salt and garnish with cilantro.
cool it and make small balls.
Once the batter and filling is ready, dip the balls in the batter and fry it.
