seasoning :
Oil- 1 tsp
mustard- 1 tsp
urad dhal- 1 tsp
cumin - 1 tsp
whole garam 4 each - cinnamon,cloves, cardomom
Curry leaves
Masala powder:
chilli powder - 1 tsp
turmeric - 1
coriander - 2 tsp
amchur/Mango - 2 tsp
Ground paste:
cocunut - 2 tsp
cashew - 10
kasa kasa - 2 tsp
Other Ingredients:
ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
green chilli -2
ridge gourd - 1/2 kg
Onion - 1 big
tomato - 2
curd - 1 cup

Method:
- Add green chilli, onion Fry till it becomes transparent.
- Add ridge gourd. Add ginger garlic paste.
- Add masala powders. Fry for it a minute.
- Add tomato. Add ground paste.
- Close the lid and cook till the veggie is cooked.
- Add curd, mix well and switch off the heat.
