Ingredients
1 cup Besan
1 Cup Water
1 1/2 cup Ghee
2 cup Sugar
Method:
Mix Besan and water. Filter the mixture to avoid any lumps.
Take a heavy bottom pan, pour the mixture.
Add Ghee, Sugar and Mix thoroughly for 20 mins till a kind of web is formed.
Then Pour into a plate. Allow it to cool for 30 mins and cut into cubes.
