More Kulambu/Butter milk curry

Goes with: Rice & Pappad

Seasoning:
Mustard - 1 tsp
Red chilli -2
Curry leaves - 1 sprig

Ground Paste:
Cumin - 1 tsp
Coriander seeds - 1 1/2 tsp
soaked Channa dal/Toor dal - 1 tsp
Green chilli/Red chilli - 5
Cocunut - 3 tsp
Ginger - 1 inch

Other ingredients:
Oil - 2 tsp
Veggie - White Pumpkin, colacasia/seppang kilangu, okra, chow chow
Curd - 1 cup
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Cilantra - Garnishing

Method:
Cook the veggie with salt and turmeric.
If you chose okra, white pumpkin  you can add oil in pan and cook.
If you chose seppang kilangu or chow chow cook in a pressure cooker.
Beat the curd with 1 cup water, salt and keep it aside
Once the veggie is cooked, Add the ground paste and cook for few minutes.
Now add the curd mix. Keep the flame in low and cook till it comes frothy.
Dont boil. Garnish with cilantra.
