Seasoning:
Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp
Whole Garam Masala
Masala:
Chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Sambhar powder - 1 tsp
Other Ingredients:
Onion - 1 big
Green chilly - 4
Tomato - 2
Peeled Prawn - 1 pound

Note:
How to clean prawns - Remove head and tail. Peel the outer skin and remove the intestine.

Method:
- Heat oil in a pan, roast whole garam masala and fennel seeds.
- Add onion, green chilly and fry till onion turns translucent.
- Then add tomatoes and salt, once cooked add the masala powders.
- Once the oil oozes add the prawns. Close the pan and cook for 15-20 minutes.
- Don't overcook, the prawns will become rubbery.
- Garnish with cilantro
