Rava Kesari / Sooji Halwa

Ingredients:
Butter - 1 stick
Cashew, Sliced almonds, dry grapes - Handful
Rava - 1 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Water - 2 1/2 water
Salt - a pinch

Method:
Heat butter in a pan , Fry Cashew, Sliced almonds, dry grapes.
Add Rava and fry in a low heat. Once done add sugar and sprinkle a pinch of salt.
Then add water. Adding water after sugar will avoid lumps.
Once done , close the lid and keep for few minutes.
