Ingredients:
Butter stick/Ghee - 1 stick/5 tsp
Cashews - 15
Dry Grapes - 15
Moong dal - 1/2 cup
Sona Masuri Rice - 1 cup
Milk - 1/2 cup
Water - 4 cup
Jaggery - 1 1/2 cup
Cardamon powder - 2 tsp
Grated coconut - 1 tsp (optional)
Method:
Heat ghee in the cooker. Fry cashews and dry grapes.
Add Moong dal in the same cooker and fry in the ghee for 2 minutes.
Add rice, milk and water. cook for 3 whistles.
Release steam and add jaggery, Cardamon and coconut. Mix thoroughly.
