Masal Vadai

Ground Paste:
Channa dal - 1 cup
Dry chilli - 3
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp

Finely chopped:
Onion - 4 tsp
Green chilli - 3
Coriander leaves - A small bunch
Curry leaves - 5 leaves
Ginger - 1/4 inch
Salt - As per taste
Oil - for deep fry


Method:
Soak Channa dal for 1 hr. Take 4 tsp of soaked channa dal and keep aside.
Grind the rest with Red chilli , cumin seeds and Fennel seeds
Mix all the ingredients and deep fry in oil.
