Ingredients for Filling:
Oil - 2 tsp
Onion Medium - 1
Tomato - 1
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Green chilli - 2
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Chicken boneless - 1/4 kg
Method for preparing Filling:
Take oil in a pan
Fry onion to golden brown, Then add ginger garlic paste.
Cook till raw smell goes
Add green chilli and masala powders.
Add chopped chicken, Mix well
Add chopped tomato. Close the pan and cook for 10 - 15 minutes
Filling is ready
Ingredients for Roti:
1 cup wheat flour
1 cup all purpose flour
oil - 1 tsp
salt - as per taste
water - required to knead the flour
Chopped coriander - handful
chopped onion - 1 small
Chaat masala - 1 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Beaten Egg - 2
Roti Preparation:
Mix wheat flour, all purpose flour, oil, salt, water.
Knead the flour and keep aside for 30 minutes.
Roll and half cook the roti.
Apply beaten egg on one side of the roti and cook well.
Roll preparation:
First layer chopped onion and coriander in the center of the cooked roti.
Then spread chicken on the onion.
Brush the filling with lemon juice and chaat masala.
Roll the chapathi and close it with aluminum foil or tooth pick.
