Ingredients:
Hing - a pinch
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Bay leaf - 2
Onion -1
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Tomato puree - 1 medium
Masala powder
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
salt as per taste
chopped potato - 1
Peas - 1/2 cup
chopped coriander for garnishing
Method:
Heat oil in a pan, add hing and cumin seeds
Once the cumin seeds crackle, add bay leaf , ginger garlic paste and onion
Once the onions turn brown, add the puree
Once oil oozes out, add all the masala
add little water and cook the masala.
Add potato and peas
Mix well, add enuf water and salt.
cook for 10 mins and garnish with cilantra
