Liver Fry

Ingredients:
Goat Liver - 1
Onion - 1 big
Green chilli - 4
Salt - as per taste
Oil - 4 tsp

Seasoning:
Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves - 1 sprig

Masala:
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp

Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan. Splutter cumin seeds and curry leaves.
  • Add onion and green chilli. Fry for 2 minutes.
  • Before onion gets translucent, add liver, turmeric and salt.
  • Close the lid and cook for 5 mins.
  • Now add masala powder and cook for 5 more mins.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves. 

You can also add tomato and ginger garlic paste. (optional)
