Quick Tamarind rice

 Seasoning:

Mustard seeds
Kadalai Parupu
Urad dhal
Hing
Chilliflakes
Red chilli -6
Curry leaves
Methi powder - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt

Other Ingredients:
Tamarind
Oil

Method:

  1. Heat oil in the pan.
  2. Add all the seasoning. Once the dhal is fried, add tamarind water.
  3. Boil till the oil is separated and add rice.
