Chicken Salna / Chalna

Good with:
Briyani, Parotta

Seasoning:
Bayleaf - 2
Cardomom - 2
Cinnamon - 1
Cloves - 4

Ground Paste 1:
Onion - 2
Tomato - 2

Masala:
Chilli powder -1 tsp
Sambhar Powder - 1 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp

Ground Paste 2:
Coconut - 4 tsp
Cashews - 3
Khus Khus - 1/4 tsp
Fennel seed powder - 1/2 tsp

Other Ingredients:
Chicken bones - ½ kg
Green chillies - 3
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Oil - 4tsp
Coriander leaves - a handful.


Method:
Heat Oil in a pan. Add the Garam masal items listed under seasoning section.
Fry it for a minute.
Add the ground onion tomato paste. And fry till they turn color.
Add green chilies, ginger garlic paste till the raw smell goes away.
Add all masala powders listed above.
Add chicken and fry for 5 minutes.
Add required water and cook it till chicken is done.
Now add ground paste2 and wait until the raw smell goes away.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
