Kushka

Seasoning:
Cloves - 3
Cardamom - 2
Cinnamon - 1 inch
Bay leaf - 1

Ground Paste:
Ginger - 1 inch
Garlic - 6 pods

Other Ingredients:
2 cups Basmati Rice
3 and 1/2 cups water
1 cup curd
1 Onion sliced
1 Tomato diced
2 Green Chilly split into two
2 tbsp Oil
Salt as needed
Few Coriander Leaves for Garnishing

Method:
Heat Oil in a Pan and add the cinnamon,cloves,cardamom,bay leaves.Let them crackle.
Then add the Onion,Tomato and Green chilly. Saute them well.
Add ginger garlic paste and salt. let it cook for sometime,till the raw smell goes.
Add Curd into it.Once you add the curd don't cook it for long time.
Add the rice and mix well with the gravy
Add water and cook for 3 whistles or 15 minutes
Garnish with coriander leaves.
