Serve with: rotis, naan or malaysian parathas.
Seasoning:
Mustard
Cumin seeds
Ground Paste:
Ginger - 1 inch
Garlic - 6 pods
Other Ingredients:
Curry leaves
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Mushroom - 1 cup
Salt per taste
Coriander leaves
Lime juice - 1 tsp
Method:
1)Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
2)Splutter mustard seeds. Add cumin seeds and curry leaves
3)Add onions and fry till golden brown.
4)Add ginger-garlic paste and saute till the raw smell goes.
5)Add turmeric powder and pepper and fry for a couple of seconds.
6)Add mushrooms and 1/2 glass of water.
7)Add salt and mix well.
8)Cook, till the mushrooms are done add lime juice.
9)Garnish with coriander leaves.
