Kothu Parotta using salna

 Ingredients:
Onion - 1 big onion
Tomato - 1/2 tomotto
Egg - 5
Parota - 5
salna - 1/2 cup
Pepper - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
salt - 1/2 tsp

Method:
Heat oil in a pan, add onion, salt fry till they are golden brown
Add pepper, chilli powder, chopped tomotto, curry leaves
Add egg leave for 2 minutes
Then add Salna ... cook for 2 more minutes till the egg scrambles are cooked
then beat it with sharp edge tumbler
