Seasoning:
Mustard - 1 tsp
Curry Leaves - 1 sprig
Cumin - 1 tsp
Coriander - 1 tsp
Ingredients:
Soaked Moong dal - 1 cup
Shallots - 15
Green Chilli - 5
Garlic - 4
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Method:
Pressure cook the moong dal with turmeric and garlic for 3 whistles.
Crush coriander and cumin seeds
Heat oil in pan add Mustard seed, curry leaves, Green chilli, Onion.
Fry till onion is cooked and add crushed coriander and cumin seeds.
Also add turmeric and cooked dal and mash it well.
Garnish with cilantro.
Ready for serving....
