Seasoning:
Mustard - 1 tsp
Red chilli - 3
Hing - a pinch
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Ground Paste:
Coconut - 1/2 cup
Green chilli - 3
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Other Ingredients:
Cooked Moong dal - 2 tsp
Veggie - Chow Chow, Ash gourd, Cabbage
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Rasam powder - 1/2 tsp
Cilantro - Garnishing
Method:
Mustard - 1 tsp

Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Rasam powder - 1/2 tsp

Method:
- Cook moong dal, turmeric, Veggie and rasam powder for 2 whistles.
- You can also cook dal and veggie separately depending on the time.
- Heat oil in a pan add all listed in seasoning section.
- After seasoning add the ground paste and cooked veggie and dal.
- Add enough water and salt.
- Garnish with cilantro.
