Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Hing - a pinch

Snake gourd/Podalangai - 1
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
salt - as per taste
Method:
Oil - 3 tsp

Method:
- Heat oil in a pan add mustard and hing.
- Add chopped snake gourd and fry for 2 minutes.
- Close the lid and half cook the veggie
- Stir the veggie occasionally.
- Remove the lid and cook till its fully done.
- Add chilli powder and fry for 2 minutes.
- You can also use capsicum and squash(kovakkai) in the same method.
