Baby Shark - 1 pound

Method:
- Pressure cook Baby shark with salt and turmeric for one whistle. Peel off the shark skin.
- Shred the shark into small pieces (like puttu)
- Heat oil in a pan, temper Mustard seeds and curry leaves.
- Add onion, green chilli. Fry till onion is transparent.
- Add ginger garlic paste.
- Once the raw smell goes off add shark pieces.
- Check the salt and make sure the masala is well coated.
- Garnish with cilantro.
