Seasoning:
Hing - a generous pinch
Mustard - 1 tsp
Channa dal - 1 tsp
Urad dal - 1 tsp
Red chilli - 4
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Cashew - 10
Other Ingredients:
Cooked Basmati/Left over rice - 2 cup
Coconut grated - 1 cup
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Method:
Hing - a generous pinch

Method:
- Heat oil in a pan, do the tempering.
- Add grated coconut, fry for 2 minutes and add rice.
- Mix well and garnish with coriander leaves.
