Coriander Rice

Seasoning
Oil - 2 tsp
Chana dal - 1 tsp
Urad dal - 1/2 tsp
Hing- a generouns pinch
Curry leaves - a few

Ground Paste:
Coriander - 1 cup
Ginger - 1/2 inch
Green chilli - 3

Other Ingredients:
  • Heat oil in a pan, add tempering.
  • Then add onion, cook till it becomes translucent.
  • Add the ground paste and cook till it oozes oil.
  • Mix well with rice.
