Seasoning:
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Cinnamon stick - 2 small
Clove - 3
Cardamon - 2
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Ground Paste:
Split channa dal (Pottu kadalai) - 1tsp
Coconut - 2 tsp
Red chilli - 4
Other Ingredients:
Onion big - 1
Tomato - 3
Green chilli - 2
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Method:

Method:
- Heat oil in a pan, add all seasoning items mentioned above.
- Add onion, green chillies and curry leaves.
- Saute till onion becomes translucent.
- Add tomatoes and salt. Cook till tomato becomes mushy.
- Then add the ground paste , check salt and boil till the raw smell of besan goes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
