Parmesan Toast and Ratatouille

Parmesan Toast Recipe:
Quarter stik of butter
Mayonise - 1 tsp
Parmesan cheese
Ground pepper
Mix all the ingredients and spread on bread.
Broil for 2 minutes at 350 degree fahrenheit

Ratatouille recipe
Ingredients
Olive oil
Eggplant - 1
Zucchini - 2
Yellow pepper - 1
Onion - 1 big
Tomatoes - 3
Garlic cloves minced - 4
Basil leaves - 6-7
Parsley (chinese coriander) - some
Thyme leaves
Red wine vinegar - 1 tsp
Salt - as per taste

Method:
  1. Heat olive oil in a pan, cook egg plant with little bit salt.
  2. Once cooked transfer it to bowl.
  3. Do the same thing with Zucchini, yellow peppers and onion.
  4. Then add tomatoes and garlic in the pan, cook till it becomes half mushy.
  5. Easy way to remember the order (ezypot - egg plant, zucchini, yello pepper, onion, tomatoes , mined garlic + fresh herbs)
  6. Add all the herbs and cooked veggies. Now add red wine vinegar and Check for salt.

Thats it...Ready to be served.
