Doogh (Persian Buttermilk)

Ingredients:
Yogurt - 1 cup
Dried Mint - 1/4 tsp
cumin seeds - 10 / cumin powder - a pinch taste

Salt - as per
Crushed ice
2 quarts seltzer water (or still water)
Few fresh mint leaves, for garnishing


Method: 
Combine everything except mint leaves and blend it. Garnish with mint leaves.
