Ingredients:
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
channa dal - 1 tsp
Urad dal - 1 tsp
Chopped Onion - 1
Green chilli - 5
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice - 2 tsp
Salt as per taste
cooked rice - 1 cup
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Method:
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp

Method:
- Heat oil in a pan. add mustard seeds, channa dal, urad dal, red chilli and curry leaves.
- Then add onion, green chilli. cook till onion is translucent.
- Then add turmeric powder, salt and lemon juice
- Add cooked rice and mix well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
