Ingredients:
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Cashew - 20
Raisin - 15
Semiya/vermicelli - 1 cup
Sugar -1/2 cup (or as required)
Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
2% Milk - 5 cups (Whole milk - 4 cups)
Grated coconut - 2 tsp (optional)
Method:
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Cashew - 20
Raisin - 15
Semiya/vermicelli - 1 cup

Method:
- Heat 2 tsp of ghee, fry cashews and raisins.Keep it aside.
- Roast vermicelli in the same pan till nice aroma comes out of it.
- Boil milk in a heavy bottomed pan keeping the stove high.
- When milk starts to boil, reduce the flame to medium.
- Now add roasted vermicelli and cook till it becomes soft.
- Now add sugar, cardamon. Switch off the heat and garnish with cashews and raisins.
- Serve hot or cold....
