Potato Fry

Seasoning:
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - few

Other Ingredients:
Potatoes - 3
Tomato - 1 finely chopped
Onion - 1 finely chopped
Turmeric powder - a pinch
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Sambar powder - 1/4 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Salt - as required
Oil - 1 tbsp

Method:
  1. Boil the potatoes and chop into cubes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds, cumin seeds and add curry leaves.
  3. Now add chopped onions and cook till becomes transparent.
  4. Add ginger/garlic paste and cook till the raw smell goes.
  5. Then add chopped tomatoes. Once the tomatoes are mushy add potatoes.
  6. Saute for a min then add turmeric, chilli powder and sambar powder.
  7. Add required salt and cook until nicely roasted.
