Seasoning:
Mustard - 1/2 tsp
Cumin Seeds- 1 tsp
Cloves -4

Tomato - 4
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Turmeric - 1/4tsp
Coriander Powder 2 tsp
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
Ground Pepper 1 tbsp
Coriander Leaves 1/2 cup
Method:

Method:
- In a pan heat 3 tsp oil. Add all the seasoning
- In a heavy bottom non-stick pan heat oil. When hot, splutter Mustard.
- Then add Cumin seeds, Cloves, Cinnamon, Bay Leaves and fry for a minute.
- Add onion, fry till onion is golden brown color.
- Add turmeric, ginger garlic paste, Green chili and curry leaves.
- Fry till the raw smell from ginger garlic paste leaves.
- Then add chopped tomatoes, Chili Powder, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder.
- Fry till the masala is cooked and the tomatoes become soft and mashed well.
- Then add Chicken, stir well and keep the lid closed for 5 to 10mins.
- Add salt and water if needed. Add Pepper powder and coriander leaves once chicken gets cooked well.
