Ingredients:
Besan - 3 tsp
Rice flour - 1 1/2 tsp
Hing - a pinch
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
salt as per taste
Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
Chilli/Mirchy - slit chillies and remove seeds
Water
Method:
Mix all the ingredients except Mirchy/Chilli using water.
Batter should neither be thin nor thick.
Dip the slit chillies in the flour paste and deep fry.
