Step 1
Ingredients:
Chicken - 1lb
ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - little
Method:
chopped onion - 1
Chopped tomato - 2
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Methi powder - 1 tsp
Green chilli - 2
Ground Paste:
Ingredients:
Chicken - 1lb
ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp

Method:
- Mix these ingredients and marinate the chicken for 10 minutes
- Heat oil in a pan, fry the marinated chicken.
- Take the chicken when its half done.
- Remove the chicken and transfer it in a plate
Step2
Ingredients:
Cumin seeds - 1 tspIngredients:

Chopped tomato - 2
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Methi powder - 1 tsp
Green chilli - 2
Ground Paste:
- Use the same oil, add cumin seeds.
- When the cumin seeds splutter, add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste.
- Then add green chilli, coriander powder, chilli powder, tomatoes.
- Crush methi in your palm and add to the pan.
- Also add water to avoid burning the ingredients
- Close lid and cook till tomatoes are cooked well.
- Cool and grind these into a paste.
Step 3
Ingredients:
Butter - 1/2 to 1 stick
Ground paste from step 2
Fried chicken for step 1
Orange Food color - a pinch
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Cream - 1 small cup
Method:
Ingredients:
Butter - 1/2 to 1 stick

- Heat butter in a pan, add the ground paste.
- Add enough water, food color, Sugar, Cream, fried chicken
- Close the lid and bring it to a boil
