Butter Chicken

Step 1
Ingredients:

Chicken - 1lb
ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - little

Method:
  1. Mix these ingredients and marinate the chicken for 10 minutes
  2. Heat oil in a pan, fry the marinated chicken.
  3. Take the chicken when its half done.
  4. Remove the chicken and transfer it in a plate
Step2
Ingredients:
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
chopped onion - 1
Chopped tomato - 2
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Methi powder - 1  tsp
Green chilli - 2

Ground Paste:
  1. Use the same oil, add cumin seeds.
  2. When the cumin seeds splutter, add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste.
  3. Then add green chilli, coriander powder, chilli powder, tomatoes.
  4. Crush methi in your palm and add to the pan.
  5. Also add water to avoid burning the ingredients
  6. Close lid and cook till tomatoes are cooked well.
  7. Cool and grind these into a paste.
Step 3
Ingredients:
Butter - 1/2 to 1 stick
Ground paste from step 2
Fried chicken for step 1
Orange Food color - a pinch
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Cream - 1 small cup

Method:
  1. Heat butter in a pan, add the ground paste.
  2. Add enough water, food color, Sugar, Cream, fried chicken
  3. Close the lid and bring it to a boil
