Chilli Peas curry

Ingredients:
Medium Onion -1
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Tomato - 2 medium
Molagai Bajji - cut and fry
Cooked Peas - 1 cup
Coriander leaves - for garnishing

Ground paste:
Cashew - 6
Coconut - 1/2 cup

Masala powder:
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp

Seasoning:
Cinnamon - 1 inch
Bay leaf - 2
Cloves - 2
Cardamom - 3

Method:
  1. Heat oil in a pan, season all the items mentioned above.
  2. Then  add onion and cook till it turns brown.
  3. Then add ginger garlic paste, Fry till raw smell goes.
  4. Then add tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Then add all masala powders, cook till the oil oozes out.
  6. Then add the ground paste and salt.
  7. Then add fried chilli and green peas.
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves
