Ingredients:
Medium Onion -1
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Tomato - 2 medium
Molagai Bajji - cut and fry
Cooked Peas - 1 cup
Coriander leaves - for garnishing
Ground paste:
Cashew - 6
Coconut - 1/2 cup
Masala powder:
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Seasoning:
Cinnamon - 1 inch
Bay leaf - 2
Cloves - 2
Cardamom - 3
Method:
Medium Onion -1

Method:
- Heat oil in a pan, season all the items mentioned above.
- Then add onion and cook till it turns brown.
- Then add ginger garlic paste, Fry till raw smell goes.
- Then add tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
- Then add all masala powders, cook till the oil oozes out.
- Then add the ground paste and salt.
- Then add fried chilli and green peas.
- Garnish with coriander leaves
