Ingredients:
1 cup Rava
1/2 cup Maida
1/2 cup Rice flour
4 cup water
Hing - a pinch
Salt - as per taste
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
Green chilli - 3 sliced
Method:
1 cup Rava

Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup

Method:
- Mix all the ingredients except for coriander leaves and green chilli.
- Add water step by step and mix the batter without any lumps.
- The consistency should be watery (buttermilk consistency).
- Rest the batter atleast for 30 minutes before making dosa.
- Add coriander leaves and green chilli just before making dosa.
