Kongunadu style chicken soup

Fry and grind
Coriander seeds - 2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Pearl onions - 15
Red chilli - 5
Pepper - 2 tsp
Garlic cloves - 3
Curry leaves - 5 leaves


Other Ingredients:
Chicken bone - 1 pound
Oil - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Coriander leaves for garnishing

Method:
  1. Heat oil in a pressure cooker. 
  2. Add turmeric powder, ground masala, salt and chicken bones.
  3. Cook for 5 or 6 whistles. 
  4. Transfer to soup bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.
