Kadai chicken

Chicken Marination:
Chicken - 1 lb
salt - 1/2 tsp
lime juice - 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp

Ingredients:
Oil - 5 tsp
Whole garam masala - (2 clove, 1/2 inch cinnamon, bayleaf 2)
Onion chopped - 2 big
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Chopped tomato - 2
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Capsicum/Bell pepper - 1 cubed
Cream - 1/2 cup

Method:
  1. Heat oil in a pan, add all the spices, let the spices splutter.
  2. Then add onion and fry it till it turns golden brown.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste, cook till raw smell goes.
  4. Then add coriander powder and cumin powder. Cook for some time and add tomatoes.
  5. Add some salt, close the lid and cook tomatoes till it becomes mushy.
  6. Add chilli powder and then add chicken.
  7. close the lid and cook for 15 minutes.
  8. Stir it occasionally. Once the chicken is 3/4th cooked add bell pepper.
  9. Finally add cream and leave it for one boil.
