Chicken Marination:
Chicken - 1 lb
salt - 1/2 tsp
lime juice - 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Ingredients:
Oil - 5 tsp
Whole garam masala - (2 clove, 1/2 inch cinnamon, bayleaf 2)
Onion chopped - 2 big
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Chopped tomato - 2
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Capsicum/Bell pepper - 1 cubed
Cream - 1/2 cup
Method:

Method:
- Heat oil in a pan, add all the spices, let the spices splutter.
- Then add onion and fry it till it turns golden brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste, cook till raw smell goes.
- Then add coriander powder and cumin powder. Cook for some time and add tomatoes.
- Add some salt, close the lid and cook tomatoes till it becomes mushy.
- Add chilli powder and then add chicken.
- close the lid and cook for 15 minutes.
- Stir it occasionally. Once the chicken is 3/4th cooked add bell pepper.
- Finally add cream and leave it for one boil.
