Ingredients:
Moong dal - 2 cup
Rice - 1 cup
Ginger - 1 inch
Green chilli - 8 ( adjust based on your spice level)
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Hing - a pinch
Salt - as per taste
Method:
Soak Moong dal and rice overnight and grind all these ingredients.
Sometimes i leave moong dal to sprout and then grind, which makes it more healthy.
Add water as in dosa consistency.
Heat griddle and Make dosa , serve hot with coconut chutney.
