Quinoa with Yogurt

Tempering:
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
Urad dal - 1/4 tsp
Hing - a pinch
Curry Leaves - 1 sprig

Ingredients:
Green Chilli - 2 chopped
Ginger - finely chopped 1/4 tsp (optional)
Quinoa - 1 cup
Curd - 1 cup
Salt - as per taste
Coriander leaves for garnishing

Method:
Cook quinoa with enough water in a pressure cooker for 3 whistles.
Leave it to cool. Heat a pan add 1tsp of oil, add all the items mentioned in Tempering.
Then add green chilli and ginger. Switch off the heat.
Add the tempering to quinoa, Mix curd and water of required.
Check your salt and Garnish with Coriander leaves.
