Radish/Mullangi Kara Kulambu

Good with:
Rice

Seasoning:
Mustard seeds
Urad dhal
Methi seeds

Mix these powders in Tamarind water
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Tamarind juice - 1 lemon size

Other Ingredients:
Medium size onion - 1
Garlic pods - 8
Tomato - 1
Radish - 1 big
Sesame oil - 4 tsp
Coriander leaves - handful

Method:
Chop the radish, add salt and little water in a bowl and Microwave it for 5 minutes.
Heat oil in a heavy bottomed vessel, add all the seasoning mentioned above.
Add chopped onion, Garlic. Fry till onion is translucent.
Add tomato an fry till it becomes soft.
Add half cooked radish , then Tamarind water mixture.
Cook till the oil floats.
Garnish with coriander leaves
